Our customized Job Skills and Knowledge (FSK) program equips colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to better perform their duties. In 2014, our employees spent more than 38,000 hours training in practical skills and knowledge to ensure that their technical capabilities are at the level of world-class manufacturers. By conducting trainer training courses, our fellow subject matter experts have the opportunity to develop as trainers to further their own development and contribute to TOA's success.
