MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP(MLCS)

We believe in transparency precisely because it earns trust. We are committed to improving our company structure, responsibilities and processes, and providing transparency to our colleagues so that we can earn mutual trust, collaborate and succeed.

We are committed to the development of our employees. Our customized Management Leadership Capabilities (MLCs) provide a framework to help our leaders mentor and promote employee development. In 2014, more than 7,000 man-hours of management and leadership training were conducted between managers and professionals to ensure that management is equipped with the leadership skills required for daily activities. We invest heavily in supporting and recognizing leaders and helping them apply their managerial leadership skills to their day-to-day work.

VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE(FSK)

We also provide our colleagues with the core skills they need to carry out their duties effectively. Our customized Job Skills and Knowledge (FSK) program equips colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to better perform their duties. In 2014, our employees spent more than 38,000 hours training in practical skills and knowledge to ensure that their technical capabilities are at the level of world-class manufacturers. By conducting trainer training courses, our fellow subject matter experts have the opportunity to develop as trainers to further their own development and contribute to TOA's success.

We actively seek long - and short-term cross-functional or cross-boundary assignments to enrich our colleagues' experience and equip them with new skills.
